No Boundaries Christian is excited to announce the launch of "Churches on Demand" along with our partner, 106.7 Lite fm! This initiative will give local churches the opportunity to build awareness and drive new members to their respective churches throughout 2008 and 2009. Churches on Demand offers churches a microsite within Lite-fm’s website, trafficked by over 2 million viewers monthly, along with at least 50 on air and 100 streaming mentions online to be heard by Lite-fm’s weekly audience of over 5 million listeners, directing them to check out the Churches on Demand links. About Churches on Demand:

• The program will be launched the week of Sunday, November 16, 2008.
• Partnering churches will be promoted throughout the year on 106.7 Lite FM and 1067litefm.com.
• A 120x90 banner on 1067litefm.com will link to a customized microsite.
• Microsite will include banners to Churches’ websites, schedule information for upcoming services and print material for new and current members.
• Each church that gives a twelve month commitment will include a video.

On-Air radio promotion for Chuches on Demand:
Churches on Demand will be promoted in all dayparts throughout the year with a total of 480 (:30) and (:15) promotional announcements. A minimum of 50 radio promotions will feature your church by name.

Online promotion for Churches on Demand:
Lite fm has a dedicated listener base that regularly tunes in to 1067litefm.com for radio streaming, news, weather and community updates. Lite fm boasts an online audience of over 2,300,000 monthly page views and over 215,000 monthly streaming sessions.

Streaming: Lite fm reaches thousands of online listeners every minute. 106.7 Lite Fm Online Streaming reaches more listeners than most suburban radio stations reach in the New York Metro Area! Participating churches will benefit from 20 x :30 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. streaming promotional announcements EACH WEEK!

Keyword search: Online and On-Air promotional announcements will drive online users to 1067litefm.com keyword “Church” to link them directly to Churches on Demand. This keyword search will work on all 5 Clear Channel NY radio stations (106.7, Z100, Q104, KTU, Power 105.1).

Participating churches will receive:

• Inclusion in the online Churches on Demand microsite
• A minimum of 50 name mentions on-air
• A minimum of 100 name mentions on-line
• Banner placement on the online microsite
• Video shoot with annual commitment
• Keyword search
